Kirby Hall School participates in the Austin Private School Association Sports League. Student athletes in third through eighth grades are eligible to participate in Flag Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, and Track & Field.
Cross Country is also open to second graders and up for select meets throughout the year.

Field trips are an important part of the Kirby Hall experience, and each class takes several throughout the year. These trips are opportunities for hands-on learning in the real world mirroring the lessons from our classrooms. Favorite field trips that students embark on include visits to the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum, Blanton Museum, Austin Scottish Rite Theatre, Austin Zoo, Pioneer Farms, National Museum of the Pacific War (Fredericksburg), Inner Space Caverns, and the Austin Nature and Science Center.
One tradition that is unique to Kirby Hall is our annual excursion to Mo Ranch in the Texas Hill Country where older students (fourth grade and up) spend a week exploring nature and learning about leadership skills, problem solving, teamwork, and camaraderie.
The below after school clubs will be taking place from 3:30pm – 4:30pm. Make sure to sign up before spots fill up!
